You probably already appreciate the importance of regular planned maintenance. Regular air conditioner maintenance not only prolongs the equipment life thus ensuring that it is operational when you need it most but is proved to noticeably reduce the overall equipment running costs and emissions.
As well as our air conditioning maintenance option we also offer air conditioner repair services to help keep your air conditioning unit in good working order, instead of insisting you buy a whole new unit like some companies. Air conditioner repair and maintaining your air conditioner will save you money in the long run as well.
Atmosphere offer tailored planned air conditioning maintenance programmes to suit your system, environment and pocket. Each programme is designed to meet the terms of the manufacturer’s warranties and comply with statutory and mandatory requirements and regulations such as F-Gas.
Our planned air conditioning maintenance programmes include -:

Obligations for air conditioning & refrigeration equipment.
General Obligation to prevent leakage. Using all measures which are technically feasible and do not entail disproportionate cost operators must prevent leakage of refrigeration liquids and as soon as possible repair any detected leakage.
Regular leakage checking. Equipment containing 3kg or more of F Gas refrigerant must be checked for leakage by certified personnel on a regular basis. ‘Checked for Leakage’ means that the equipment or system is examined for leakage using direct or indirect measuring methods, focusing on those parts of the equipment or system most likely to leak. The frequency of testing depends on the refrigerant charge and the system type.
Plants must be rechecked within one month after a leak has been repaired to ensure the repair has been effective.
