Our planned maintenance programmes typically include -:

• Full service of the fan coil section, condenser, filters, pumps and controls.
• Refrigerant integrity check (F-Gas).
• Full service of the external unit including any access requirements.
• Provide onsite log book (F-Gas).
• Full detailed service sheet completed after every visit.
• We do not require payment in advance. An invoice will be issued upon completion.
